Founded in 1998, the St. Louis Ultrarunners Group (SLUGs) is a community-powered 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to the magic of the long run. We believe ultrarunning is hard, but finding your trail family shouldn’t be. Whether you’re chasing a belt buckle or your very first trail mile, we’re here to provide the support, the snacks, and the spirit to help you do hard things.
